AI-generated recommendations (including workout programs, exercise suggestions, weight recommendations, and nutritional analysis) are computer-generated estimates and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are not a substitute for professional guidance.

All content in the app — including but not limited to the user interface, design, graphics, exercise video library, animations, text, and code — is owned by or licensed to Athlete.ai and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Exercise demonstration videos are licensed content and may not be downloaded, redistributed, or used outside the app.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Athlete.ai, its developers, owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or any injury or harm to yourself or others resulting from your use of the app's content or recommendations.
The app integrates with third-party services (Google Firebase, OpenAI, Google Cloud Vision, Google ML Kit, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Apple HealthKit). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
